Another Busy Weekend!
Sue and I flew from Luton on Friday 27th November (why Luton? Well it’s getting harder to get flights these days. Many have stopped and now go from places we find awkward or on the wrong days. It’s good for the planet, but a problem for those of us who commute to Prague! Anyway, Sue liked Luton Airport!). We spent the afternoon and much of the next day planning and praying with Jakub Limr about the Potenciál course which starts in only a month! See the Potenciál section [czechout.org.uk/potencial/good-shepherds/] for further information [and a very nice photo].
The rest of the weekend was also quite full. Sue spoke on Sunday morning on ‘Passion for Jesus’ at Prague Central Congregation [czechout.org.uk/links-and-partners/prague-christian-fellowship/], where she is always well received. During the rest of the day we spent time with two couples, both long standing friends who wanted to talk to us and pray with us about their own circumstances. An early flight back on Monday morning and an Indian takeaway for supper rounded it all off nicely.
Just one final thought. Your prayers are answered. Two weeks earlier in Ukraine and this weekend in the Czech Republic we were surrounded by and lived among sick people. Four days later, as I write this, we both seem to be very well. Thanks!
