Potencial- I am excited
I feel excited about Potencial. More importantly, we serve an exciting God. Any father who promises all that God has promised us and does for us must be exciting! You never know what’s coming next and sometimes he lets you work with him in the planning department. That’s how I feel about Potencial. I get this sense every few weeks that we are pioneering something new. I am sure that some of the new ideas we have had are revelations from God.
About a year ago I started believing that I should be involved in a team helping to develop the faith, knowledge, experience and leadership of ‘the people in the middle’. These are people who work hard in the church and carry much responsibility but who probably have no chance of study or training. During the next year the whole plan changed. The principle motive didn’t change, but the way of doing it did. See the Potencial section for more information!
