Czechout

Pitstop?

Greetings to everyone who patiently follows the wandering line on the map which is Czechout. There hasn't been much news of late; we have hesitated before repeating much the same kind of article every month, but this is a bit different.
The year long course Potenciál finishes on Sunday 28 November. It has been a delight to lead. From the student body we have made new friendships and deepened others. God has not failed us in any way. The Holy Spirit has blessed us all in many ways. The testimonies that have come from the course have been a real joy.

So what next? Click on the title to read more.

The fact is we have very little planned so far. Sue has an important speaking engagement on March 6 at a united service in Prague and we shall probably be involved in summer holiday ministry again. But for the first time in over twenty years the Czech side of the diary is practically blank. We could of course 'arrange' work, but we have always left it to God to prompt invitations. So we are having a pitstop - or maybe - change of direction - or maybe even a graceful exit!

On the other hand family circumstances are keeping us very busy and will for a couple of months, including a time of house extension to provide for Sue's Mum who now lives with us.Added to that, the demands for teaching and training material for the group of rural pastors in Kenya (numbering several hundred churches) is becoming more pressing.

We are happy, thrilled and fulfilled with so much that has blessed us in our service to the Czech Church but are quite happy for a break! God will make it clear and your prayers will be appreciated.

So, while the website will be left open, there will probably not be much new for a while.

Many thanks to all who pray and God bless you greatly!

Dennis
